What happens when I am not at home when you deliver?

In case you are not at home when your delivery arrives, our logistics partner will arrange a new time with you by calling you. There will be 3 free delivery attempts post-which a re-delivery fee will be levied to you.

30-Night Sleep Trial

You Have 30 Nights / 720 Hours To Make a Decision

It takes a few minutes to buy a Softline mattress online, in reality, the mattress will take 15-25 days to adjust as per your sleep pattern. After 25-30 days usage, still the mattress is not adjustable/ suiting, we'll gladly take it back with absolutely no question and give you a refund after deducting processing & shipping charges.

Everyone believes that asleep is a very important part of our life, something everyone spends a whole lot of quality time on sleep. It is unfair that you are picking a mattress at the store/ online by just seeing/ touch and feel for a hasty 5-10 minutes. At Softline, You Have 30 Nights / 720 Hours to make a mattress decision at your own home, within the 30 nights / 720 Hours from the date of delivery, we will do our best to ensure that the return process is as simple - as possible. We request you that you sleep on your new Softline mattress for at least 20 - 25 nights before you make a final decision to return. Every individual needs a "Comfort - Adoption" period to set the mattress as per sleep pattern.

Exceptions To Return / Refund Under 30 Nights Trial Offer

Softline 30 Nights / 720 Hours Mattress Trial period is designed to allow customers to try out our mattress for 30 nights / 720 Hours at the comfort of their own homes. In an unlikely situation of the mattress is not being suitable for you, we are happy to take the mattress back and give you a refund.

We believe our customer values are more important than business, as a company we hope that this offer is not being misused by anyone, we have identified some exceptions to the Softline 30 Nights / 720 Hours Mattress Trial period offers which are as below.

  1. Mattress Return / Full-Refund request will not be approved in case of inappropriate usage or physical damage to the mattress. You need to return the Softline mattress in a good condition.
  2. Mattress Return / Full-Refund request will not be approved if any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage is visible / found on the mattress during the inspection process.
  3. Mattress Return / Full-Refund request will not be approved if the mattress is used on an improper/uneven surface without a proper base.
  4. Mattress Return / Full-Refund request will not be approved if the mattress is visible / found to be exposed to cold / mould / hot temperatures for a period that causes the materials to damage / permanently deform.

Swapping of Softline Mattress Model / Size | Terms

We can swap the mattress from one size/model to another, however, the customer must bear the model variation charges and logistical expenses on both sides.

Every mattress exchange under 30 nights of trial policy is subject to reverse logistics charges.

One side logistic charges are given as under:

Terms & Conditions For 30 Nights / 720 Hours Guarantee

  1. 30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial is applicable from the date of delivery of the mattress. In case of a swap between other models, 30 Nights offer will be still calculated from Day 1 the first mattress got delivered.
  2. 30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial is applicable only on standard sizes (72/75/78x36x5, 6 and 8 Inch, 72/75/78x60x5, 6 and 8 Inch, 78/75/78x72x5, 6 and 8 Inch) mattresses. Non-standard sizes (Custom Size) mattresses do not fall under any Trial Offer.
  3. During the 30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial period, you may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 30 nights for a full refund. In case any freebies are provided with the order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost.
  4. Mattress Return and Full Refund on 30 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under Exception to Return / Refund under 30 Nights Trial.
  5. Softline 30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial period applies only to the original authenticated purchaser of genuine Softline Mattress purchased from our official website.
  6. This Softline 30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial policy is limited to one return per household per year (365 Days).
  7. Please retain and keep a copy of your original tax invoice as proof of purchase. You'll need to submit this original invoice to make a refund claim, without a valid invoice, Softline Mattress can reserve the right to reject any claim under 30 Nights Trial Offer.
  8. Mattress Return / Full-Refund will be accepted only if the product fulfils the Return Criteria (Refer to Return Criteria under 30 nights Return Policy).
  9. Softline Mattress requires you to share the photographs 6 sides (top, bottom and 4 sides) of the mattress while opting for a return. Failure to send improper vision photographs may result in a return request being cancelled.
  10. The Softline Mattress Return / Full-Refund requests must be associated directly with Softline Mattress no later than the 31st day from the date of delivery of the mattress you want a refund on.
  11. Mattress returns will be inspected and picked up within 7-10 days of raising a return request. All Softline Mattress approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 days once the mattress has been picked up for return.
  12. Softline Mattress can reserve and has the right to refuse the 30 Nights Trial Offer to anyone associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand.
  13. Normal change in softness and recovery time associated with memory foam and latex materials over time is not covered in warranty.
  14. The Mattress Return/Full-Refund final decision on refund under 30 Nights Trial offer will be made by Softline Mattress. The company can reserve the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn't fulfil the Terms and Conditions of the 30 Nights Trial Offer.
  15. On every mattress return under 30 nights trial request reverse logistics charges are applicable for both sides. The logistic charges for mattress sizes (72/75/78x36x5, 6 and 8 Inch- Rs.1,500/-, 72/75/78x60x5, 6 and 8 Inch- Rs.2,000/- and 72/75/78x72x5, 6 and 8 Inch- Rs.2,500/-).
  16. Disputes, if any, are subject to Lucknow jurisdiction only.

What is your Return Policy?

At Softline mattresses, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your Softline mattress you can return it within 30 days of receiving the product. After this period, returns for convenience or incorrect product selection will not be accepted. Returns are only applicable in cases of manufacturing defects.

My item arrived damaged. What's Next?

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please email us with a photo of the damaged merchandise at rajeshdubey@shakshiproducts.com In order to be eligible for a return, you must notify us of the damage within 3 days of receiving the order. Please contact our Customer Experience team at rajeshdubey@shakshiproducts.com or call us at +91 91518 08558 with your order number details to request return.

I received the wrong item. What's Next?

Contact our Customer Experience team within 3 days of receiving your item. They'll provide you with all necessary details for sending the incorrect item back. They'll also help make sure the correct item is shipped out ASAP.

Product condition: The items being returned need to be unused and in perfect condition. You must make sure the products under return are not tampered with or used. The item should not be broken or damaged. All the products must be in their original packing and outer boxes. Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy.
