Yes! We offer free pan-India delivery on all mattress orders. No minimum order value required. Your mattress will be delivered directly to your doorstep with free setup assistance.

Your mattress is roll-packed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact eco-friendly box directly to your door. Simply carry the box to your bedroom, cut the plastic carefully, and watch it expand to full size within a few hours.

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your mattress every step of the way until it arrives at your doorstep.

Our Memory Foam Mattress and Hybrid Latex Mattress both feature orthopedic zoning specifically engineered to support spinal alignment and relieve lower back pressure. If you prefer medium firmness with bounce, go for the Hybrid Latex. For body-contouring cloud comfort, choose Memory Foam.

We offer Single (72"×36"), Double (72"×48"), Queen (72"×60"), and King (72"×72"). Custom sizes are also available on request — just reach out to us via the Contact page.

Most Softline mattresses expand to 90% size within a few hours. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the mattress to fully expand and for any slight "new foam" smell to dissipate in a well-ventilated room.

Our mattresses (except the Essential Dual model) are designed with a specific top comfort layer and a sturdy base layer, so they should not be flipped. We recommend rotating 180 degrees every 3–6 months. The Essential Dual is reversible — you can flip it for firm or plush feel.

Yes. Our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified — made without harmful chemicals, heavy metals, ozone depleters, or formaldehyde. Our latex composition is 30% natural, giving it hypoallergenic and anti-microbial properties.

Sleep on your Softline mattress for up to 30 nights. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us and we'll arrange a free pickup and full refund — no questions asked. We recommend at least 2 weeks for your body to adjust to the new support.

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including: visible indentation greater than 1 inch, physical flaws that cause foam to split or crack under normal use, and defects in the zipper assembly. It does not cover normal softening, comfort preference, or damage from misuse.
