Place your order online. We ship free, pan-India, in 3–5 days.
Sleep On It
Give your body at least 2 weeks to adjust to the new support system.
Love It or Return It
Not satisfied? Contact us within 30 nights for a free pickup and full refund.
Important: We recommend sleeping on the mattress for at least 14 nights before initiating a return, as your body needs time to adjust to proper orthopedic support — especially if you're switching from a spring or coir mattress.

Every Softline mattress is built to last. We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship with a 10-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.
What Is Covered
- Visible indentation or body impression greater than 1 inch that occurs under normal use with a proper base/support.
- Physical flaws in the mattress that cause the foam material to split, crack, or deteriorate under normal usage.
- Manufacturing defects in the zipper assembly of the mattress cover.
What Is NOT Covered
- Normal increase in softness of the foam material — this is expected and does not affect pressure-relieving quality.
- Comfort preference changes beyond the 30-Night Trial period.
- Physical abuse or damage including burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains.
- Use of the mattress on an improper or unsupportive foundation (e.g., broken slats, floor without ventilation).
- Mattresses purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers.
